How many keywords may i use with the targeted service?

You can supply us with a maximum of 3 keywords of your choice. We can also GEO target by country. This works pretty well but followers may come a bit more slow because of the more narrow parameters.

Will my account on Twitter get banned because I’m using your service?

You are using the service at your own risk. We can not guarantee that Twitter will not suspend an account. Socialsourcer.com has never had an account banned as we follow by ALL Twitter rules. However, Twitter.com does this for many reasons and this is beyond our control. You accept all the possible consequences for using this service.

How long will it take to get the followers?

Accounts grow at different rates. It all depends on certain factors, such as twitter page layout, overall content. Furthermore we can't go too fast because we don't want accounts to get suspended. Since we have implemented our new "safer" system for following, the speed will go down, but your account will be safer. Just to be on the safe side 6-8 weeks.

Will my account be used for spam and other tweets?

NO, absolutely not! Never, EVER will we post a tweet or anything on your account. We need your login information to follow/unfollow people that is it. We respect your account and would never do anything to intentionally jeopardize your account or bring disgrace on your twitter account!

Can I delete the people i am following during the process?

NO, absolutely not! Your account can not get more followers if you keep deleting the people that our system gets to follow you. You need to follow these people because it is hard to ask someone to follow you if you are not willing to follow back. Once the service has been completed on your account, you can delete anyone you wish. But until then, our service will not work if you keep deleting the people that we got to follow you.

This will be the number of followers you purchased, guaranteed. We almost always deliver a few extra just to be sure.

Well, it's hard for us to believe that our service isn't something you would be satisfied about. But if you are really not satisfied about Socialsourcer.com we will refund 50% of payment. We do ask that you let us know the reason for cancellation in order to continue to improve our service. We do not refund if you have not read the FAQ and understand how our services work.

Do I need to continue following all these users after your work has been finished?

No. If you really want to, you can remove those users that you do not wish to follow after our service is done. We must warn you however, that by not maintaining the 1:1 following/follower ratio you will lose some followers. We highly recommend the 1:1 following/follower ratio and so do about 80-90% of our clients.

I only wish to have others following me. I do not want to follow others on Twitter.

There is a direct relationship between followers and following. In order for the process to work you will initially be following more people, but once the management of your account is completed, and the followers have been delivered, you'll be able to unfollow as you choose. It is hard to ask others to follow us if we are not willing to follow other people as well.

We can't be held liable in these cases. Please be sure that your server can handle the actual number of visits before purchasing. However, in the occurrence of a server outage or some other foreseeable problem, you can always just put your campaign on pause until the problem is fixed.

There are many reasons that a visitor will not register with your server.

* The user is on a slow connection and the request times out
* The user is behind an ISP with a proxy ex. AOL
* The user's browser served the request from cache instead of from your server
* Your site was unavailable at the time of request
